Recovery day

Had a good day recovering from the jet lag and hanging around bike shops in Cape Town. 

Back to the hotel for to meet Caryn our physio for the week and have a Massage and a couple of us had some vitamin b shots (yes it's legal!!) 

before we hit the race.  We took the bikes out for a very windy roll just  before dinner around the beautiful coast road from Camps Bay. 

The day was finished off with a very nice (and meaty!) dinner washed down by the local lager, Windhoek (yum!!).
