Here we are in sunny Long Beach. Just done a lazy 100k, stopped for brekky at the turnaround. We ended up at Laguna Beach, a great little spot where the girls enjoyed playing volleyball!!!!
We took off at 7.30 heading down the famous PCH...or Pacific Coast Highway for you non locals. It is very similar to riding in Adelaide....just a touch better. The hills along PCH are like Adelaide too....just a little bit better! We sat and watched the volleyball for a while in the southern California Sunshine, then headed back to Long Beach.
Russ was cutting a fine figure as he pushed along at 40k an hour with Le Foz on his wheel!
