The Boys have a week on the trails around Tathra

We have gone to Tathra on the south coast of NSW for a weeks family holiday. This is a great spot, good beach and great mountain bike trials. This area has some of the best single trails in Australia with 60k of single track all within an easy distance of town.

The riding is over hilly ground with plenty of technical sections. David and I have been doing 2 to 3 hours on the tracks each morning. David and I were hooting down a technical part of the hill today, with him leading the way, when his back wheel lost traction and he lost control and went over the front. He was okay, but lucky he had a decent helmet on as his head hit the trail pretty heavily and he split his helmet. He got up, brushed himself off and continued barrelling down the hill.
