FFT at the Worlds

Here are the boys at the top of the summit at The Ridge where the last 50 metres is over 15% gradient. We arrived and did a slow lap while the under 23's race was on and got a good look at the course. It is tougher than what they say and if the pace is hot early on Sunday there won't be a bunch sprint
